RETURNS AND REFUND POLICY

Thank you for shopping at Jared Designs.

We have made every effort to display the images of the Products accurately on our Site, but please note that the colour on each screen / monitor will vary, this must be taken in to consideration.

However, as a valued customer, we want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with the product(s) you have bought, please notify Jared Designs via email within 14 days of receipt detailing the reason for the return.

If an item is returned without prior notification to Jared Designs, we reserve the right to refuse a refund.

1. CHANGE OF MIND 

To be eligible for a refund, the item(s) must be as new, unused and in a re-sellable condition.

Please return the item(s) in the same or equally suitable packaging. The buyer is responsible for return postage costs – please retain your proof of postage.

The buyer is responsible for any loss in value if damaged during the return transit.

Once we receive your returned item(s), we will inspect it and notify you on the status of your refund. If the refund is approved, a refund will be issued to the original payment method within 14 working days. You will receive the credit in line with your card issuer’s policies.

2. DAMAGED GOODS 

If the goods arrive damaged, please notify us within 48 hours of receiving your item, along with a picture of the damage.

Should you need to return an item because of an error on our part or if it is defective, we will refund the full value of the order and your costs in returning it to us.

3. CUSTOM ORDERS AND PERSONALISED ITEMS

Please note that custom orders and personalised items cannot be returned unless faulty.

It is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure that all personalisation details are correct. If an item is needed to be recreated, the buyer will be required to pay the full price again.
