Our Privacy Policy tells you how we do this and what your rights are. Any personal data processed in line with our Privacy Policy is controlled by us, as the data controller.
Our Privacy Policy describes how and when we collect, use, and share information when you purchase an item from us, contact us, or otherwise use our services (including social media), website and online shops and/or their related sites and services.
This Privacy Policy does not apply to the practices of third parties that we do not own or control. Our full policy details all the links to the various third parties we may use and their associated Privacy Policies.

2. WHY WE NEED YOUR INFORMATION & HOW WE USE IT
We rely on a number of legal bases to collect, use, and share your information, including:

(iii) if necessary to comply with a legal obligation or court order or in connection with a legal claim, such as retaining information about your purchases if required by tax law;

a. providing and improving our services;
b. compliance with the Seller Policy and Terms of Use of our online shops.
3. INFORMATION SHARING & DISCLOSURE
Information about our customers is important to our business. We share your personal information for very limited reasons and in limited circumstances, as follows:
